This espisode is about cops shooting black who died and discovered that they got the wrong man. The change than usual plot was that ADA Barbar held hearing against the cops and the juries requested for a heavier penalty for the cops. Serve them right. Why shoot a guy with 35 bullets from 3 cops, anyone can see how wrong this was.
A show with very good writing and acting thou less action. These are Dick Wolf's production.
